At FORCE Technology we require two things of our staff: they must be the best and strongest within their area of professional expertise and they should have the ability and the will to initiate and participate in changes.

Moreover, we want all our theoreticians to also be practicians, since experience has taught us that reality is always different to what theory describes. As a rule, the greatest challenge is to implement new solutions in everyday work in a way that provides the greatest possible returns on the new investment made without impairing existing values, procedures and functions within the company.

The staff of FORCE Technology comprises specialists, implementers and communicators within the company’s broad range of expertise.

Many of our employees are active participants in Danish, European or global knowledge-sharing networks. In addition, several of our employees have been appointed to officially represent Denmark as experts on international committees and commissions, including where new norms and standards are involved.
