Special Testing

In many situations testing of components can be performed in accordance with standardised testing methods and often on minor test items. But there are also instances in which the need for full scale testing is necessary, either for official approval, safety issues, function testing, Factory Acceptance Tests or as an integrated part of development. Many customers also use full scale special testing for the verification of calculations and simulations.

FORCE Technology composes testing equipment exclusively for the component to be tested, and in accordance with your own test specifications. This ensures that testing gives the best and most realistic picture of how a component will perform when in operation. We perform special testing either on our own premises, or on-site.

Special testing includes production of test reports that will typically contain an agreed amount of documentation designed to satisfy the requirements of your customer, the authorities or a third party.

FORCE Technology has performed full scale special testing for such applications as explosion of natural gas pipelines, explosion and pressure-testing of oil pipes, testing and inspection of wind turbine blades and corrosion measurement in maritime environments.
