Written information

When you register for a course, you will receive written confirmation by post within two working days. You are not admitted to the course until you have received the written confirmation.

Registration deadline

We recommend immediate registration as the number of participants is limited to ensure full benefit of the course.
In the event of too few registrations, FORCE Technology reserves the right to postpone or cancel the course.

Booking

If you wish to participate in a course, but are unsure of your workload at the time in question, you can always book a place at the course.
In this way you secure a place without being bound financially. We will always contact you eight to ten days before the start of the course to hear if you wish to participate.

Over-booking

We will do all we can for you to get the course at the preferred time. If there are no vacancies on the requested course, we automatically transfer your application to a waiting list. You will of course be in a preferential position if we receive withdrawals from the course in question or if we organise extra courses, and you will be informed about this on an ongoing basis.

Course fee

Unless otherwise stated, the course fee includes course materials and various forms of catering.

Payment

The course fee is not due until you receive an invoice about 10 days before the start of the course.

If you have to cancel?

If you are unable to participate in the course, you are always welcome to transfer your place to a colleague, or you can be moved to a later course date.

You are free to cancel or to have your course participation moved until three weeks before the start of the course. Subsequently, and until five working days before the start of the course, you must pay 50 % of the course fee. If cancelling later than five days before the start of the course, you will be charged with the full price of the course incl. VAT.

Reservations

FORCE Technology makes reservations for any changes in time, location, price and course contents in addition to force majeure-like conditions.
